I am a multidisciplinary healer and storyteller. I draw on my unique life story and healing gifts to infuse my work with power, creativity, and compassion. Through my art and healing services, I share my journey of self-discovery and empowerment with the hope of inspiring others.

I never sought to become a healer. I sought healing. I searched far and wide for ways to heal from trauma, heartbreak, and depression. Along the way, I found meditation, affirmations, Reiki, breathwork, Cha Dao, and other modalities that brought me home to myself. I learned how to heal myself and now I help others heal.
