About Seheri
A Detroit native, Seheri faced a challenging upbringing as one of twelve children. An introvert, she found refuge in stories that she created in her mind. Joining the theater around age ten, she began acting and screenwriting. She went on to move to Los Angeles where she earned a degree in Creative Writing & Film Studies from Pepperdine University. Later, she continued her studies at Johns Hopkins University where she was awarded a Saul Zaentz innovation grant to write and produce an original web series.
Next, Seheri moved to Thailand as a Henry Luce Fellow to work on international film productions. While living in Asia, Seheri experienced a spiritual awakening that redefined her life and work. She began studying healing arts and her spiritual life blossomed, becoming a profound source of strength and creativity.
After returning to the US, Seheri continued her esoteric studies while working in Hollywood. Today, Seheri continues to tell stories across a variety of mediums and also offers healing services to help people like her heal their hearts and find their voice.
Whether she’s acting, writing, or speaking, Seheri expresses from her heart. Her stories transcend genre and defy stereotypes. The nexus of Seheri’s work is deep inquiry, radical honesty, and an unwavering mission to helping the collective heal.
Seheri resides in Los Angeles yet loves to travel. In her free time, she enjoys viewing art and spending time in nature.
